Introduction
The wellness market, estimated at $5.61 trillion, presented a burgeoning opportunity. SKYVIEW™ aimed to enter this space with a portfolio of beautifully designed light fixtures. Developed by former NASA engineers responsible for the first circadian lighting used in international space stations, SKYVIEW™ collaborated with Olera team members to develop and activate their go-to-market strategy, cutting through the noise and establishing a strong market presence.
The Idea
SKYVIEW is much more than a light. It transcends our very concept of what light means to our lives. For centuries, humans have evolved with the sun's cycles, living to the tune of day-and-night. Unfortunately, modern lifestyles have stripped us from our daily balance, forcing us to spend 93% of our lives indoors and unfortunately 90% of the human population experiences some form of circadian disruption. This disruption is responsible for hundreds if not thousands of mild-to-severe disorders.
The Challenge
The SKYVIEW team sought to disrupt not only a $5 Trillion dollar market, but challenge the very notion of what light means for us. The wellness lighting market was saturated with hundreds of inferior competitors that are much cheaper, albeit ineffective. However, the SKYVIEW mission was one that sought to overcome a global wellness epidemic, a mission worth achieving.
The Vision
Our vision was to position SKYVIEW™ not just as a wellness light but as a transformative brand in the home, office, and wellness markets. We aimed to emphasize the product's beautiful design and unique, soothing glow, using education, differentiation, and clout to develop authority. SKYVIEW™ was introduced as the world’s first "Human Light."
The Process
The engagement included full-service marketing in all aspects. We began by developing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and designing a visually stunning website to showcase SKYVIEW’s innovative lighting solutions. We executed digital campaigns to build brand awareness and organized high-end and impactful event activations. Partnering with wellness celebrities and influencers, we promoted the brand and engaged with target audiences.
